Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Social Ink LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 8871 Greentop Rd, Lincoln, DE 19960 ("Social Ink", "we", "us"). They cover social.ink, slbttl.com, creators.social.ink and any domain connected to Social Ink (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Who can use Social Ink

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Fans visiting a page do not need an account.

2. Your account

• Give us a real email address and keep access to it safe: we sign you in with codes sent there. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Usernames are letters and numbers. You can change yours; the old link stops working straight away and may be claimed by someone else.
• We may reclaim usernames that impersonate someone, infringe a trademark, or sit unused in bad faith.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload or link to. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, resize and deliver it as needed to run the Service, for as long as it is on Social Ink. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post.

4. What isn't allowed

You may not use Social Ink to post, link to or promote:

• Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors. We report this to the authorities, including NCMEC.
• Sexual content shared without the consent of everyone in it, or content you don't have the rights to.
• Illegal goods or services, scams, phishing, malware, or links that trick people about where they lead.
• Impersonation of a person, brand or platform, or content that harasses, threatens or doxxes anyone.
• Spam, fake engagement, or attempts to break, overload, scrape or get around the Service's security and limits.

Adult content that is legal where you and your fans are is allowed when the link is marked 18+ so visitors confirm their age before it opens.

5. Links and partner content

Pages link to sites we don't run, and we aren't responsible for them. Some pages, for creators who have a partnership with us, include a partner link placed by Social Ink. Where a partner link sends visitors depends on their country, and the partner's own terms apply on their site.

6. Reports, takedowns and suspensions

Anyone can report a page using the Report link on it. We may remove content, take a page down or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts Social Ink or its users at risk, with or without notice. Copyright and legal notices go to legal@social.ink. Include the page, the work or right concerned, your contact details and a statement that your notice is accurate.

7. Jump domains

If you connect your own domain, you confirm you control it. Removing it from Social Ink stops it showing your jump page; your domain registration stays yours.

8. The Service

Social Ink is free. We may change, add or remove features. We aim to keep the Service available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a platform won't restrict a link you share.

9. Ending your account

You can delete a link page or your whole account in Settings at any time. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. We may end the Service for you under section 6.

10. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, SOCIAL INK LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO US$100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you by email or in your dashboard before it applies. Using the Service after that means you accept the update.
